I would like to know if every doctor had a sonic screwdriver, because I saw a set of them all from the first doctor to the eleventh doctor and not all of them had a sonic screwdriver, some only had an umbrella, and some didn’t have any accessories at all, so if anyone knows about my question can you please reply.

It's been awhile since I've been on here, so apologies for the extraordinarily long delay in a response.
In response to your question, off the top of my head I believe that the sonic screwdriver first made an appearance in it's earliest form with the Third Doctor. And again going by memory (which admittedly isn't what it once was) it wasn't referred to as a sonic screwdriver but by some other name, which escapes me at the moment.
