How To Order

Generate an online order by clicking on Order this item at the top right of each product page.
We will contact you to confirm details and arrange payment.
Use our online ordering to ask us to put aside books for you, then come in to our shop and pick up.
We will contact you to confirm they are currently in stock and have been put aside for you.

We do a lot of mail / internet orders. We charge $5.00 freight per shipment within Australia for most items.
Bulky, heavy, expensive, insured or international parcels will attract a higher freight charge,
we will quote prior to completing the transaction.
We require payment prior to dispatching goods.
We send most parcels via Australia Post but do send some parcels by courier. Some parcels will require a signature upon delivery.

This is for customers without a credit card or internet banking facilities.

You can walk into a branch of the bank and make a cash deposit. Only deposit in Australian Dollars. Phone or fax us to so we and confirm and allocate your payment the banking day following your payment.
We don't charge a credit card until the day we prepare the goods for dispatch.
If we don't have a product you order in stock, we will let you know.
We can order it in for you, then let you know when it arrives in our shop.
For quickest dispatch, provide credit card details so we charge and dispatch same day or as soon as your ordered item arrives.
