Infinitas hosts a Dungeons and Dragons games at the shop. There are regular games every fortnight on Saturday morning. Games start at 9:30am and finish up by 2pm. Ask us at the shop for which upcoming Saturdays it is on. These are casual games run for fun and to introduce new players to the game. The regular players are happy to explain how to play. Experienced players are welcome too. Feel free to just turn up and join in. All welcome.

Depending upon how many people turn up, there may be one, two or more games run simultaneously. We are also dependant upon volunteer Dungeon Masters. Let us know if you can help. Bring your own dice. If you do not have dice, this is OK, others will lend you dice for your first game, but you will be encouraged to buy your own later. Bring a character of the appropiate level (check with us at the shop) prepared by RPGA standards if you know how, but this is not important as we have pre-prepared characters ready to go. You will not need rule books, unless you want to convice the DM of some rule which benefits your character.

We set up tables and chairs outside the shop in the arcade. The arcade is quiet on Saturdays, so this works well. Assistance in setting up and packing away at the end is appreciated. Normally people start turning up at 9am, then wander off to find coffee, etc. There is usually a break around noon to visit the take-away down the road to get lunch, which is then eaten during the second session.

Additional to our regular fortnight game, we participate in Wizards of the Coast's occasional global D&D days, which promote significant new product releases. These events tend to attract more players. For one we ran 11 parties through the same adventure. This took some organising. Such events will be announced in our Infinitas Newsletter. Reports and photos of two of the previous D&D Days are on our Photo Gallery at 4th edition launch June 2008 and Monster Manual 2 launch May 2009.

Wizards of the Coast provide some material including adventure scenarios, prepared characters and a few miniatures, however, much is brought in by the DM's. The shop will shout the group a module as needed. We report who attends to Wizards so that they continue to support us with materials and list us on their website. If you have a RPGA number, let us know for accurate reporting.

Infinitas runs these D&D games suporting gamers in the hope the gamers will support the shop, so please do and have fun.
